More calorie-enhancing goodies from the kitchen of Green.
Today's Abel and Cole box bought some purely sexy looking apples and I just had to do something with them.
So in the style of my typical haphazard cookery methods, wang in a digestive biscuit crumbled by your fair hands.
Shove a dollop of créme fraîche on top (organic, of course)
Cook some chopped apples in a little orange juice and cinnamon until soft: chuck them on top and do a few layers with the créme fraîche and apple.
Finish with a sprinkly bit of any digestive biscuits that you haven't yet eaten. Serve to delighted children and husband and don't let on that you've actually eaten more than their collective portions together whilst preparing.
Leave dishes on side for husband to sort.
